1. Email or other electronics messages or other electronic communications between West Cape May Borough officials/employees and the owners or representatives of Shore House Canna, LLC including but not limited to, Thomas Nuscis, Nicole Melchiorre and David Christian.
2. Email or other electronic messages or other electronic communications between Potent Petal, LLC, it's owners or representatives, including but not limited to Erica Kaplan, Jennifer Modica and West Cape May Borough officials, employees or representatives.
3. Any emails/electronic communications from retail cannabis business owners/representatives and West Cape May Borough officials/employees.

The Borough of West Cape May received your Open Public Records Act (OPRA) request dated September 5, 2023. The official custodian, Theresa Enteado, received your OPRA request on September 6, 2023.
In order to be fully responsive to your request, and because the Borough of West Cape May employs part-time positions, some employees are only in the office on Monday nights.
