Pursuant to OPRA and the common law, please produce the following records in an Excel-compatible format (.xls, .csv) for our clients. Please note that our clients have an urgent need for this data, so we ask that you expedite this request and produce a response “within seven business days, or as soon as possible” per NJSA 47:1A-5(i):
1. Precinct-level gubernatorial election results from 2017 and 2013 (and 2021, if available)
2. Precinct-level state legislative primary and general election results from 2017 and 2019 (and earlier cycles and 2021 if available)
