This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message. Thank you.
Records requested:
All communications between January 1 2015 and June 16 2020 regarding the 2017 "Make Edison Great Again" / racist flyers.
Any communications with the keywords "racist flier", "racist flyers", "Jaffe", and "People for Progress".
All communications between January 1 2015 and June 16 2020 with Jaffe Communications (aka Jaffe Comm).
All documents, including evidence, list of subpoenas, and transcripts of testimonials from speakers and council, from January 1 2016 to June 16 2020 regarding the committee of the whole.
Any documents regarding outcome of committee of the whole and action taken as a result.

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Open Public Records Act reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of Edison Township's handling of my OPRA request 'Edison 2017 Flyers'.
Out of all the information requested, the only thing provided was the letters sent to those subpoenaed. I am still missing all transcripts, all evidence produced in ALL committee of the wholes, I have still not received any email communications regarding any keywords or subjects, as well as all actions taken and documents regarding such. Please forward these documents as this request is not finished and should not be marked as such.
