Please provide all communications, whether written, electronic messages of any type (email, text message, Facebook messenger and any other used by the township or its employees or officials), or telephonic, between any township employee or official (including any volunteer or advisory board member) or elected official and any vendor scheduled to appear at the earth day event on April 21, 2024. All agreements, whether written or verbal, and all written indemnification agreements or documents”, between the township and all vendors scheduled to appear at the earth day event on April 21, 2024. All records, whether written, electronic messages as aforesaid, or telephonic, of township officials (including volunteers and advisory board members) or elected officials soliciting vendors for the earth day event. All documents containing any reference to township policy or procedure regarding solicitation of vendors for township sponsored events.
