Dear Tuckerton Borough,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
1. All communications to Tuckerton Borough governing body, Tuckerton administration, and Tuckerton Police Department ,from Tuckerton Fire Department member Lewis Eggert Sr, from 2017 to present, specifically mentioning the Fire Department.
2. All communications, requests and inspections, both approved and denied, to and from the Borough's building, zoning, and code enforcement departments, for all construction permits involving construction both inside and outside of the Tuckerton Fire Department from 2016 to present.
3. Lastly, any communications, inspections, reports and site planning along with their findings (from State Fire Inspectors and Tuckerton Building, zoning, and code enforcement personnel) concerning Life Safety standards for both ingress and egress for personnel occupying the Fire House while the new Fire tuck (Quint) is parked inside due to restricted space.
