Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.

I am requesting documentation proving any and all compliance by F. Pallante LLC with the requirements set forth in Resolution P-2024-14 of the Mount Holly Land Use Planning Board. The Resolution P-2024-14 pertains to Application 2024-02 for Block 84, Lot 65 commonly known as 15 E. Monroe Street. This request includes documentation including but not limited to proof of submission of revised construction plans signed by an engineer showing the open area and providing access easements addressing the requirement to install sidewalks and showing verification of a 2%- slope as well as showing as built conditions on site , proof of submission of an updated survey showing revised plans, proof of trees being planted in front of the property that met with the Twp Planner's species recommendation for said trees, proof of applicant's contribution to the Tree fund and amount of same, proof of applicant's payment of the permit fee for after the fact removal of 3 existing trees and amount of same, proof of applicant's Affordable Housing Trust Fund contribution for the 2 market rate units and amount of same, proof of Township's receipt of letter from NJDEP as to the LOI confirming whether the site is exempt from wetland restrictions, proof that a bond was posted by the applicant for all work within the Township ROW.
