Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. Plumsted Police reports of Tina Russo and Roy Vega locking GreenCELL Farms entrance gate, walking path and farm lane entrances on May 15th, May 16th, May 17th and May 18th 2025.

Officers involved include: Manata, Hastings, Covone, Garrigan and Mesrendino
