To Whom it May Concern:

Mr. Montgomery was last employed by Mount Holly Township on 10/10/2015 and removed from the payroll system on 11/30/2015. There is no record of a resignation letter in his employee file, so the reason for leaving is not known.

Pursuant to NJSA 47:1A-10, personnel and pension information is exempt from disclosure under OPRA.
