• current code violations (detail report)
• all code violations from 2023 to 8/7/24 with detail (property violation, status, dates, contact attempts, amount fined)
• properties with delinquent taxes over $4,000
• all properties that are currently vacant
Please include these fields for each generated report in addition to the specific detail of such report e.g. cited code violations listed in reference etc. :
