Please take notice that my request was filed pursuant to Title 39 - Motor Vehicles and Traffic Regulation, and review NJ Revised Statute 39:4-130. https://law.justia.com/codes/new-jersey/...
That statute clearly indicates "the information contained [in motor vehicle crash reports] shall not be privileged or held confidential."
Please provide me with unredacted versions of these records. Thank you.
