Under the OPRA, the common law right of access, and Title 39, please provide copies of all reports of motor vehicle accidents/crashes your officers investigated during the month of December 2023.

At the time of my request, there had been no crash reports posted to the
website link he provided since those from crashes occurring on October
15th. Not knowing if or when that section of the website would be updated
with new records, I made this request. I noticed that, in the intervening
days after I filed the request, crash reports for the remainder of
October, as well as the entirety of November and December were posted to
the link.
