CPV Woodbridge and CPV Keasbey Title V Air Permit Applications For Gas Power Plants

Dear New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection,
Under OPRA and the common law right of access, please provide copies of all applications for Title V Air Permits made in relation to either:
a) the proposed CPV Keasbey Energy Center in Woodbridge Township, or,
b) the existing CPV Woodbridge Energy Center on a neighboring property.
Please also provide copies of any Title V Air Permits that have been granted by DEP to either of these two projects, and documents or statements sufficient to show the current status of the CPV Keasbey application for a Title V Air Permit.
