Councilwoman T.G's Code Violations for Property /Dogs
Dear Alpha Borough,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
1. I request all code violations issued to Councilwoman Grossman for her property on 7th Avenue from January 1, 2016- March 10th, 2019.
2. I request emails to/from Alpha's Code Enforcement
Officer ,Tom Fey , regarding these code violations including but not limited to- RV, disabled vehicles, boat in front yard, maintainance of property. Be aware that Mr. Fey uses his personal email for communication so check that, too.
3. Documents / complaints relating to Councilwoman Grossman and her unlicensed dog(s) that have gotten loose and put residents of Alpha in harms way. Include violations that have been issued to her. Timeframe is same as in #1.
