Good morning:

Attached is the response to your OPRA request from the Planning
Department.

Please note: the Planning Department also provided a set of architectural
renderings responsive to the request.

However, I am unable to scan and email the renderings as they are too
large.

You will be able to review the architectural renderings when City Hall
re-opens.

(City Hall is currently closed to the public due to the COVID-19
pandemic).
