Attached please find records responsive to the above referenced request
for 2022-2023. School floor plans are exempt from disclosure under NJSA
47:1A-1.1 and have been withheld because they contain emergency or
security information or procedures for buildings or facilities which, if
disclosed, would jeopardize the security of the building or facility or
persons therein.
The Department of Education does not make or maintain records responsive
to your request for 2021-2022 and 2023-2024. Accordingly, those parts of
your request are denied.
A receipt indicating same, and that your request has been closed, is also
attached.
