Contract and resolutions

Records requested:
Any and all contracts and agreements between Brick Township and Joanne Bergin from 1/1/2014 to the present.
Any and all resolutions of approval appointing Joanne Bergin to any position from 1/1/2014 to the present.

As stated prior, Joanne Bergin has not and does not have any Employment Contracts with Brick Township.
She does have resolutions appointing her as Business Administrator in 2014, as well as to the Property Maintenance Board for various years. Please see attached.
