Please find attached the "List of Permits" from our current building
permit tracking software GovPilot. The property owner(s) can contact the
building department at (973) 535-7957 or email [email address]
to get the status of any open permits.

Also attached is a survey.

We are currently awaiting a response from our Zoning Department. You will
receive the next portion of your request on or before May 8, 2026.

As these documents are being emailed to you there is no cost for
duplication under the Open Public Records Act.
