All construction permit applications submitted by and construction permits submitted to, copies of DEP license and all other necessary paperwork in reference to same applications and permits issued to principal contractor "Christian Cueto" or "C. Cueto" DEP # 520086 Federal Emp. Number 73-2770599 of 809 featherbed Lane Clark NJ 07066 Telephone 732-770-5909 for calendar years of 2019, 2020, 2021 AND 2022

This OPRA request has been received on Thursday, April 14, 2022. It will be reviewed and will be processed. A response will be sent within seven (7) business days after the City's custodian of records receives the request.

Dear Opra,
I would like to clarify my original request of all permit issued to “C. Cueto” or “Christian Cueto” etc…
That name is not for the “Name of Owner in fee” but it is for the
“principal contractor” in line 4 for the construction permit applications.
In addition i woould like to clarify the specific records I am requesting for each permit, as listed below:
- Construction Permit Application
- Certification in Lieu of oath
- Construction Permit
- Fire Protection Subcode application and Permit (if one was applied for and issued)
- Copies of professional licences submittted to you agency by application issued by NJ DEP
- Any communication/paperwork submitted by contractor or subcontractor requesting inspections and submitting proof of proper disposal of removed tank,
- any and all other records available attached to said permit

Your request requires additional time to fulfill. OPRA allows custodians
to seek extensions of time pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5.i. Specifically,

Dear Opra,
Good morning and thank you for sending me the list of open permits after we spoke earlier on the telephone. I requested copies of the applications, permits issued, license and copies of all correspondence within the folder/permit, but I totally understand making/scanning copies of the entire contents for all the permits on the list you sent me would be overwhelming. Please do not treat this as a new request since I did not receive all the documents I requested and instead am willing to compromise on the amount of records I am willing to accept.
Therefore, I would like to requested the following for only 5 of the permits on the list of close to 100 you sent me. For the following permits (22/0243, 21/1158, 21/0520, 20/0206, 19/0521)..
- Construction Permit Application
- Certification in Lieu of oath
- Construction Permit
- Fire Protection Subcode application and Permit (if one was applied for and issued)
- Copies of professional licenses issued by NJ DEP summitted to your agency submitted by the applicant
- Any communication/paperwork submitted by contractor or subcontractor requesting inspections and submitting proof of proper disposal of removed tank,
- any and all other records available attached to said permit

Fire just got back to us with the response: "After a search of our departmental/office files, no responsive records were identified.”

Thank you for your Prompt reply.
I would like to point out the following and request a clarification why the records are missing.
- The records for Permit 19-0521 only includes one printed page. Unlike the other permits, this specific one does not include the Constriction Permit Application, the Certification in lieu of oath, proof of tank disposal, Fire protection subcode application and NJ DEP license
- The records for permit 20/0206 do not include proof of proper disposal of tank provided to your agency by the contractor. Since it is a requirement by the NJ DEP, can you please confirm your agency does not possess said record or was it an oversight when sending it us me?
