I would like to clarify my original request of all permit issued to “C. Cueto” or “Christian Cueto” etc…

That name is not for the “Name of Owner in fee” but it is for the
“principal contractor” in line 4 for the construction permit applications.

In addition i woould like to clarify the specific records I am requesting for each permit, as listed below:

- Construction Permit Application
- Certification in Lieu of oath
- Construction Permit
- Fire Protection Subcode application and Permit (if one was applied for and issued)
- Copies of professional licences submittted to you agency by application issued by NJ DEP
- Any communication/paperwork submitted by contractor or subcontractor requesting inspections and submitting proof of proper disposal of removed tank,
- any and all other records available attached to said permit

I apoligize if this caused any confusion or extra work on your part.

Good afternoon. First let me thank you for your reply to myrequest. I am writing you this reply because i can not make any sense of the response you sent me. The text program you used to put that list together bunched it all up into ine lond paragraph.

In you response, you mentioned a PDF file that would be 7 pages long. I would rather get that list in a PDF format due to not being able to make any sense of what i justreceived.

Also, i would like to advise you that I requested copies of the following permits, applications, certifications, etc and not a list of permits. In order to be fair, i will accept a list in a PDF format and will follow up with you if I need copies for any specific permits.

Please ensure the PDF list has the following information:

Permit number
Date of permit
Location
Work description
Name of contractor

In order to save time, I made an attempt to try to organize the list you sent me but stopped once I was reminded that it no longer is a "public record" once I make any alterations to it. I invite you to copy/paste the below link and see for yourself why the record you provided me is unsatisfactory and not what I requested.

In order to be fair and not burden your office with extra work, I am only going to request the below listed records for the 5 permits (21-1515, 21-1427, 20-1080, 20-1079, 19-0763).

- Construction Permit Application

Good morning. I had the opportunity to review the document you sent me a few minutes ago. I do not know if you reviewed it prior to sending it but I must point out a few things that are missing or cut off.

- Address of Contractor are cutoff
- Names of owners are Cut Off
- Addresses of owners are cut off
- Permit Control Number are cut off
- Dates permit were applied are missing. Instead it reads ####
- Dates permit were issued are missing. Instead it reads ###
- Dates permits were closed are missing. Instead it reads ###
- Work Description is cut off.

Receiving ineligible, missing or improperly redacted information equals to the same as not receiving the information requested. This request is overdue so please advise when I can expect the records I requested
of your jurisdiction.
