This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
For the purpose of this request, "communications" shall mean all text messages (including all internet messaging services), emails, including those sent to and from "personal" or "professional" email addresses and all other communications to and from: Ed Zipprich, Michael Ballard, Pasquale Menna, Ziad Shehedy, Kathleen Horgan, Greg Cannon, Eric Yngstrom regarding the following issues during the following timeframes.
1.) All communications relating to the scheduling and timing of the special council meeting held on 12/31/18 from 9/1/2018-12/31/2018
2.) All communications regarding job performance of Eugenia Puolos during the final 9 months of 2018.
3.) Minutes of 12/31/2018 special council meeting
4.) All communications regarding budget passed in 2018 from 1/1/2018-12/31/2018
5.) All communications regarding financing, operational challenges and budgeting for East Bergen Place Roadway Improvement
6.) All communications relating to appointments to the Red Bank Housing Authority during the period of 11/2018-2/2019

Hi! Thank you for your hard work. In your response, you list "review of emails" and "attorney review". My assumption would be that you'd need more time for gathering of records. I am looking forward to complete information including all text messages, email attachments which are generally understood to be included in the term "emails"and all other requested documents.

Attached please find additional documents in regard to your OPRA request
received on 5/31/2019. A previous response was sent on 6/11/2019 with a
request for a seven day extension to 6/20/2019.
To the best of my knowledge, no other records exist that would be
responsive to your request. If you are aware of a specific document that
you believe has been omitted, please clearly identify that record by name,
date and subject matter.
