This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form.
Records requested:
All and any communication(s) (i: emails, letters, memorandums, etc) received by or in the possession of the Township of Westfield, its Construction Department and/or its officials/employees from the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection or any other state agency advising to suspend the issuance of, refuse, not accept and/or deny any sort of construction permits from Sam Bonaccorso and Sons LLC, Salvatore Bonaccorso and/or Christian Cueto.
In order to narrow down the search, the time frame we are requesting if from 8/1/22 until 9/21/22.
