My response to your Oct 3, 2024/OR536 letter will resemble what the other user previously replied to you with, which, again, i am able to see the threads between you and other users on this web service.

i too am unsure at this point how else to clarify my request, because I was do not know the names of each person involved, or what exactly they did.

the best rephrase of my request i can offer in the interim is the below:
“any letter, letters attached to records, memo, text message, notice, Instant Messaging or Chat Logs, Faxes, Internal Memos or Bulletins, Social Media Direct Messages, Handwritten Notes , WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THOSE STRICTLY SENT BY EMAIL, written by any owner, shareholder, officer/official, person in a managerial or supervisory title or person with authority, architect, engineer employed by Tekcon Construction, Robbie Conley Architect , Boswell Engineering, Azzolina Engineering, or any other person or entity listed in the "EMS Building Spending History" column on the https://www.twpofwashington.us/page/ems-... website, from June 2018 until the present time.”

again, the purpose of my request is to expand on the one posted by the other user, as after reading through the other user’s request, i felt as though simply reviewing emails would not provide a complete understanding of the building’s construction.

as i am a researcher and not someone who stands to profit, i cannot justify to myself to pay the fees you requested at this time.

otherwise, your letters seem to suggest that some records from the above list was provided or attached already but do not see them.
