This is a request for public records made under the Open Public Records Act (OPRA) and the common law right of access. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records Requested:
A digital copy of the most recently approved memorandum of ALL collective bargaining units with which the township, city, borough, etc., currently holds active agreements.
Please include the most recent contract booklet (signed or unsigned), the most recent memorandum of agreement, salary guides, and any sidebar agreements, if applicable.

Please accept this as a response to your request emailed to our Township
Administrator on August 20, 2024 requesting the following:
“A digital copy of the most recently approved memorandum of ALL collective
bargaining units with which the township, city, borough, etc., currently
holds active agreements.
Please include the most recent contract booklet (signed or unsigned), the
most recent memorandum of agreement, salary guides, and any sidebar
agreements, if applicable.”
I have attached all collective bargaining agreements between all
bargaining units and the Township as well as any amendments/MOU which I
believe will satisfy the request.
The Township does not have any responsive documents as to “contract
booklets” or “sidebar agreements”
As to “approved memorandums” please provide clarification if the documents
attached do not satisfy your request.
