Records Requested:
A digital copy of the most recently approved memorandum of ALL collective bargaining units with which the township, city, borough, etc., currently holds active agreements.
Please include the most recent contract booklet (signed or unsigned), the most recent memorandum of agreement, salary guides, and any sidebar agreements, if applicable.

Good afternoon,
The Township of Long Beach is in receipt of your request for government records pursuant to OPRA, and this response is being delivered on the same day as we received said request. Attached are all current collective bargaining unit contracts, the MOA for the HRA and the salary guides for the Police Department. Please note that Teamsters/AFSCME do not have a separate salary guide, they have annual increases which are listed within the respected contracts.
