Code Complaints -Rentals
Dear Berkeley Township,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
Please provide a list of all Code Enforcement Complaints investigated , the location and the outcome of each to include summons issued and fines collected from January 2017-December 2018. these complaints would be specific to rental property issues to include, unlawful occupancy ,unlawful rental, fire Code issues and complaints all covered under the rental property ordinances.

2-- the location and the outcome of each to include summons issued and fines collected : This is a court record and to request a court record contact the court directly. The judiciary follows court rule 1:38 for public access to court records.
