Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.

I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.

I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.

I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.

Records requested:

Please provide a titled list of documents and reports and studies prepared by CME for the Borough of South Bound Brook for the Period of 1 January 2024 to 30 June 2025. Include Memos, Letters, Redevelopment Plans and Fair Share Housing Plans. Identify employees at CME that appear as the authors of these documents. Also include Engineering reports to the South Bound Brook Planning Board.

Please also include related texts and emails from CME to Borough officials Christina Fisher, Chris Shoffner and, and Elizabet Konkle and Planning Board Chairman Greg Bender, related to redevelopment documents.

My preferred delivery method for response(s) to this request is by E-mail as attachments. Please confirm you have received this request. If you are not the custodian of records, please forward my request to that person and provide their email address to me for future reference.

Any emails and texts and letters from CME employees Malvika Apte and Nathan Foote to Christina Fischer, South Bound brook, Chris Shoffner, mayor, Elizabeth Konkle, Council President and Greg Bender, Planning Board Chairman, regarding: - this request is overly broad and denied.

The Housing Plan Element& Fair Share Plan, dated 4 June, the Redevelopment Plan for 117 Canal Road, dated 11 February 2025, The Contract for CME/Planning Services (161 Edgewood Terrace) (Resolution 2025-003). - this request is denied due to - N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1-1 Information which, if disclosed, would give an advantage to competitors or bidders including detailed or itemized cost estimates prior to bid opening.
