Dear Aberdeen Township,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access.

Records requested:

Aberdeen’s policy governing notification requirements when an employee changes their addresses or residence. If there are different policies for various departments then I would like a copy of each one.

Per your request dated November 4, 2019 I have attached a copy of the Aberdeen Police Department Rules & Regulation page that addresses notification of change of address. As for the rest of the Township I could not find a policy, I did attached the Employee Information Change Request form that is completed when an employee changes their address. I am also adding a link to our Employee Manual.
