Brian Chewcaskie, former commissioner and chairman
Dear Northwest Bergen County Utilities Authority,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
1. A dated copy of the Letter of Resignation of Brian Chewcaskie, former commissioner and chairman at Northwest Bergen County Utilities Authority (NBCUA).
2. All written forms of communication from Northwest Bergen County Utilities Authority, including former chairman Brian Chewcaskie, with the Borough of Oakland from January 1st, 2017 to December 31st, 2020.
3. All written forms of communication between NBCUA, including former chairman Brian Chewcaskie, and Boswell Engineering regarding the Borough of Oakland from January 1st, 2017 to December 31st, 2020.
4. All written forms of communication between NBCUA, including former chairman Brian Chewcaskie, and attorney John Napolitano from January 1st, 2015 to December 31st, 2020.
5. All written forms of communication from NBCUA, including former chairman Brian Chewcaskie, and the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection regarding the Borough of Oakland from January 1st, 2017 to December 31st, 2020.

Please be advised that the Authority requires an additional extension to
fulfill this request beyond December 4, 2020. The administrative offices
have been physically shut due to damaged water and sewer lines. The
Authority anticipates to submit any responsive records by December 18, 2020.
