3. All written forms of communication between NBCUA, including former chairman Brian Chewcaskie, and Boswell Engineering regarding the Borough of Oakland from January 1st, 2017 to December 31st, 2020.

4. All written forms of communication between NBCUA, including former chairman Brian Chewcaskie, and attorney John Napolitano from January 1st, 2015 to December 31st, 2020.

5. All written forms of communication from NBCUA, including former chairman Brian Chewcaskie, and the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection regarding the Borough of Oakland from January 1st, 2017 to December 31st, 2020.
