1. May 28, 1992 agenda, Dr. Nicastro is hired as business administrator. Please send those page(s). Also, I think I am missing this entire agenda, so if anything else HR happened at this meeting, please send it.

2. July-August 1994 agendas, Dr. Normandia's promotion to superintendent & contract is missing. Please send those page(s).

3. March 1995 agenda, please send pg. 146 (the copy was cut off at the bottom last time).

4. March 1997 agenda, pg. 314 mentions Item G, but ends at F. Please send G if it is on pg. 318.

Dear Ms. Carey,

Thank you for sending the available information. Please check on the following two items:

1. Between January 1980-August 1980, Joseph Tomaselli and James DiFabio are both hired as assistant principals. Frank Votto, who was hired in March 1980 most likely exits during this time frame as well. You already checked this time frame for any HR items, so perhaps like the Nicastro/Normandia items, they were not included in the Personnel section, but elsewhere in the agenda. Please look specifically for DiFabio/Tomaselli/Votto from January 1980-August 1980 and send those pages.

2. I see from document retention schedules that an "Employment History Record Card" needs to be maintained on file for 80 years. Do you have something like that available, and if so, would you be able to find the exit dates/reasons for some employees whose exit dates were missing in the agendas? If so, please send the exit dates and reasons for exit for the following 3 employees: Joseph Sinkiewicz (would be sometime in 1980/1981); Maria Spuma (would be sometime in 1993/1994); and Maureen Kraemer (would be sometime in 1995/1996).

Thank you for sending the info. In regards to Ms. Brignola and Ms. Faulkner, they are listed in the agendas that seem to indicate they are temporary substitutes for teachers on leave. So for them, perhaps check the substitute file. As for Mr. Messemer, in the agendas he is listed at times as part of the teaching staff, and other times as part of the non-teaching staff. He was the assistant business administrator.
