This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.

Background:

Each County Prosecutor is required by New Jersey's Forfeiture Program Administration Standard Operating Procedure (https://www.state.nj.us/lps/dcj/sop.htm) to have certain reports on file.

Records Requested:

1. The Burlington County Prosecutor's "Form B" asset forfeiture report for the 1st Quarter of 2021, or if that is not yet available, the same report for the 4th Quarter 2020.

2. The Mount Holly Police Department's "Form C" asset forfeiture report for the 1st Quarter of 2021, or if that is not yet available, the same report for the 4th Quarter 2020.
