Dear Egg Harbor Township,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
All drug related arrest records, including arrest report, complaints and police reports for December 15, 2018 and April 15, 2019.

Attached is the response to your OPRA request. Should you not accept the
estimated cost, I can forward you a list of the drug related cases from
12/15/18 thru 4/15/19 with no additional time or expense necessary. Let
me know what you choose to do.

Dear Sharon Woolbert,
I think you may have misread my request as 32 hours worth of work to complete it would be extremely high. My request was for the records relating to drug arrests on 12/15/18 AND 4/15/19. Not thru that time period. Just those 2 specific days.
Specifically I stated “All drug related arrest records, including arrest report, complaints and police reports for December 15, 2018 and April 15, 2019.”
I don’t believe there should be any cost associated with this request and the time taken to fulfill it should be minimal.
