Dear City of New Brunswick
Thank you for providing an extract of permits for the address provided but those were not the relevant records I am seeking with my request. I'm looking for any records the city has containing architectural renderings of the large residential multi-family development project that has been proposed and approved at 259 George st. The developer is NB Plaza Owner Urban Renewal LLC which is a partnership between Infany LLC and Abundant Life Church. I'm also seeking any communications with the developer since March 2024, I understand the latter part of my request may be considered vague, Im specifically looking for communications between the city and the developer that discuss when construction might begin.
Thanks,
Mike
Yours sincerely,
Michael Weiss
Good afternoon,
Please see the attached architectural plans submitted for 259 George
Street that you have requested in OPRA Request 25.05_438. Please note
there are no communications from the developer from March 2024 to the
present.
Thank you and may you have a good day.
Sincerely,
Alyssa Van Liew

Dear Michelle,
Are there additional physical documents containing architectural renderings which are different from the ones that have been provided electronically already? If so I would like to review those.
Thanks
Michael Weiss
