Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.

There was an “anonymous” email sent to Mrs. Regina Moreland, the interim principal at Von E Mauger Middle school on or about November 12th regarding a complaint against the PTO regarding the events the PTO held on Friday, October 31st for the 6th, 7th and 8th grades. The complaint indicated that a parent was taking photos/pictures of the students during these grade wide events. I would like to request the initial email sent to Mrs. Moreland along with any additional correspondence regarding the situation.
