Records requested:
We need to satisfy a mortgage underwriter that there is no presence of a drywell on the premises for 3 North Road, Smoke Rise, Kinnelon, NJ 07405.
To do this, I am requesting all information related to structural changes/improvements on the property (both above and below ground). Any wells/septic system permits would be our primary concern.
