All open construction permits and/or violation from 1/2000 to present

Records requested: I would like to know if there are open construction permits or liens from 1/2000 to present for this property. Also, I would like to know information regarding the presence of an underground oil tank, if applicable, including permits, remediation reports, environmental reports, and surveys showing underground oil tank location.
