Dear Glen Rock Borough,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
Copies of all:
1. Construction Code Enforcement (especially all documents that exist as required by the N.J.A.C. 5:23 Uniform Construction Code including all permits [open or closed], inspections and approvals).
2. Tax office, including property tax record cards indicating the number of rooms, bedrooms and bathrooms as well as lot size including the property tax history.
3. Zoning Department-if there are any pending zoning applications effecting this property.
4. Any information the municipality has regarding environmental problems and or hazards that may effect the subject property.

In regard to your OPRA request on the subject property, see attached copy
of the tax screen. Taxes are paid through 3Q 2022.
As for the tax history and Property Record card, the Tax Assessor will be
responding to your request in a separate email.
