All documents and communications to and from Dr. Ed Williams regarding a section 106 review regarding 753 Walnut St. (MLK House) from January 2017 through August 28th 2020. The section 106 review was alleged to be taking place on Jan 25th of 2018 by Dr Williams at the Historic Preservation Commission hearing where the minutes stated that he was "waiting on its review by the state".
I am also seeking all communications to and from Dr Ed Williams for the same period of time as stated above for all email communications regarding the following words:

The City has received your request for records. As you know, due to the
Coronavirus (COVID-19), a health emergency currently exists and due to
this health emergency, you should expect to experience delays in the City
being able to respond to your request. However, be assured that the City
will make every effort to respond as soon as possible.
Based on the above, the City will need an extension of time to respond to
your request. The City is seeking an additional 7 business days but
please know that depending on the volume of documents found, more time
may be needed.
Furthermore, with regard to your request, we also need some clarification
as to your request. Please advise whether the search terms you included
in your request are related to 753 Walnut Street? For example, you have
