Dear Charlie—

 

I write in response to your follow up request that Amy forwarded to me
below. I am not sure why it was not received as a response went out
8/15/24 at 5:12 pm (see attached screenshot) on GovQA and should have been
received on the OPRA machine website.  I am also adding the invite lists
that were not available yesterday as redactions were made to protect
personal, private e-mail addresses. Nevertheless, with regard to the
remainder of your request seeking various documents from the Housing
Policy “Summit” we respond as follows:

1) agenda: See attached.

2) flyer: See attached. 

3) calendar event posted to the county website. This event was removed
from the County’s website upon discovery that it was erroneously posted as
an event applicable to the general public. Nevertheless, the content
posted at the time is as follows:

8) all policies in place regarding press access or denial of access. There
are no records responsive.
