This property is registered with our VPR program. It is currently up to date with registration for 2023. It will be due for its' second renewal in January of 2024 and a $3,000.00 registration will be due at that time should the property remain vacant.

Please see the attached open property maintenance violation for this property.

As we spoke about the other day, you will need to contact the tax collector for lien information, they will give a verbal confirmation over the phone or they can do a tax search for anything in writing. The fee is $10 per property.
