As the official Records Custodian, I received your OPRA request on
November 6, 2019.  As such, the seven (7) business day deadline to respond
to your request is November 18, 2019.  This response to your request is

Attached you will find the Property Card for 35 Lakeview.  This is the

the Construction Code Office replied directly to your request on November
7th and November 12th.
