My original response had a violation from the health department attached.
If you need another copy, I will gladly resend it.  As far as the
construction violation and zoning summons, I have copied Mr. Bocchino and
Ms. McLean on the email. They would be the ones to contact in regards to
getting copies.

inaccurate.  See below from Mark Bocchino.  This indicates that A
Construction Violation and Zoning Summons have been issues for this
property.  

Please provide a copy of both the violation and summons.

As of Monday November 16, 2020 the Municipal Building will be open by
Appointment only. Please make appointments with the Staff Member directly.
