With regard to your OPRA request, attached are the permits and approvals that we have on file.
There are no Final As-builts, maps, compliance certificates or diagrams found on file, therefore, these portions of your request is denied as per NJSA 47:1A-1.1, because no records exist.
With regard to your request for "applications", please be more specific with your request and provide me with the type of application and date of said application. Also, noting "etc." on an OPRA request, is not a proper request. As per Elizabeth Mason v. Hoboken, a requestor must know which documents they want and request those specific documents.
If you would like to review the subdivision application file from 1995 that created the lots, you may make an appointment with Danielle Sims of our Planning/Zoning Office at 609-259-3600 ext. 1120 and she will order a box that is stored in archives. The attached resolution does not specifically refer to septic plans, but sometimes these files are shown on a plan.
I also await a response from our health department and will require an extension to this request until November 20th due to the COVID-19 pandemic in order to allow more time for them to search their records.
