2024 Municipal Public Meeting Schedules

Dear Jamesburg Borough,
Under OPRA and the common law right of access, please provide a copy of the 2024 meeting schedule for the governing body, and for each board, commission, committee, or other municipal agency that holds public meetings, including but not limited to planning board, zoning board of adjustment, redevelopment agency, housing authority, utilities authority, parking authority, traffic commission, rent control/leveling board, environmental commission, shade tree commission, and open space committee.
If the schedules are unclear about the location/method(s) of meeting, I kindly ask that you clarify for me how to join and participate, and feel free to share links that can help members of the public to join and/or watch the meetings, or to watch them after they conclude.
If a particular schedule is not yet available at this time, please send what you can as soon as possible, and provide the outstanding schedule when it becomes available.

I have attached the Governing Body meeting schedule for 2024 and the Combined Land Use Board meeting schedule for 2024.
Please note these have not been approved yet. The Governing Body schedule will be approved at tomorrow's Reorg meeting and the Combined Land Use Board schedule will be approved at the January 11th reorg meeting.
If there are any changes to the schedules I will forward them to you after the meetings.
