Dear Highland Park Borough,
Under OPRA and the common law right of access, please provide a copy of the 2024 meeting schedule for the governing body, and for each board, commission, committee, or other municipal agency that holds public meetings, including but not limited to planning board, zoning board of adjustment, redevelopment agency, housing authority, utilities authority, parking authority, traffic commission, rent control/leveling board, environmental commission, shade tree commission, and open space committee.
If the schedules are unclear about the location/method(s) of meeting, I kindly ask that you clarify for me how to join and participate, and feel free to share links that can help members of the public to join and/or watch the meetings, or to watch them after they conclude.
If a particular schedule is not yet available at this time, please send what you can as soon as possible, and provide the outstanding schedule when it becomes available.

with the link or location of said meeting. Also included is the link to
the Youtube channel where Council Mtgs, Planning Board and Zoning Board
meetings are uploaded after the meeting.

The Borough of Highland Park is in receipt of your OPRA request for, "copy of the 2024 meeting schedule for the governing body, and for each board, commission, committee, or other municipal agency that holds public meetings, including but not limited to planning board, zoning board of adjustment, redevelopment agency, housing authority, utilities authority, parking authority, traffic commission, rent control/leveling board, environmental commission, shade tree commission, and open space committee."
The link provided to you from the Clerk's Office (see below) is the most comprehensive record which details the dates of each Council and Board meeting date and how to access each meeting. No other records exist. Moreover, the Borough is not required to create a government record to respond to your request.
