2024 Municipal Public Meeting Schedules

Dear Milltown Borough,
Under OPRA and the common law right of access, please provide a copy of the 2024 meeting schedule for the governing body, and for each board, commission, committee, or other municipal agency that holds public meetings, including but not limited to planning board, zoning board of adjustment, redevelopment agency, housing authority, utilities authority, parking authority, traffic commission, rent control/leveling board, environmental commission, shade tree commission, and open space committee.
If the schedules are unclear about the location/method(s) of meeting, I kindly ask that you clarify for me how to join and participate, and feel free to share links that can help members of the public to join and/or watch the meetings, or to watch them after they conclude.
If a particular schedule is not yet available at this time, please send what you can as soon as possible, and provide the outstanding schedule when it becomes available.

Good afternoon Mr. Kratovil:
The Borough's Reorganization meeting is tonight at 7pm, so I will be able to provide the schedule once it is voted on and approved. The Planning Board Reorganization is tomorrow at 7pm, so I can send it after it's voted on and approved. The rest of the Boards, Committees, and Commissions will also approve their meeting schedule for 2024 at their initial meetings sometime in January. Once it is provided to me, I will send it to you.
