The South Plainfield Borough Hall received your OPRA and Common Law
requests for records on Monday June 14^th, 2021.  The Records Custodian
for the Police Department, Captain Peter Papa,  received your request on
Tuesday June 15^th, 2021.  As such, the seven (7) business day deadline to
respond to your request is June 24^th 2021.   This response is being
provided on the 1^st business day since the South Plainfield Police
Department received your request.  I have copied your original request
below in bold.

Under OPRA and the common law right of access, please provide copies of
all police internal affairs ("professional standards") summary records for
the year 2020,  including all annual, quarterly, and monthly reports, as
well as the required synopses identifying major discipline cases, in
accordance with the Attorney General of New Jersey's Directive 2020-5.
