- Any information regarding the presence of an underground oil tank, if applicable, including permits, remediation reports, environmental reports
- Survey showing underground oil tank location (if applicable)
- Information regarding the presence of a septic system (permits, drawings, survey, etc)
- Property Record Card
- Document showing the rules for when a house needs to be raised

In regard to your attached OPRA, Environmental Health searched their files
and found nothing that

pertains to the information requested for 1731 Lincoln Avenue.  The
absence of any information in a

file or the absence of a file on any property does not indicate the
absence of underground storage

tank(s), contamination or any other type of environmental problem.

I’m waiting for a response from the Construction Department.
