The Township of Livingston’s Municipal Clerk's Department has reopened to the public and will respond to your email as soon as possible. However, if submitting an OPRA request or inquiring about a previously submitted OPRA request, please realize that pursuant to P.L. 2020 Ch 10, OPRA deadlines are inapplicable during a State of Emergency and that record custodians ”must make a reasonable effort, as the circumstances permit to respond to a request for a government record within 7 business days or as soon as possible."

This comes in response to your OPRA Request received 6/22/21 for: 
"A Zoom video recording of the Town Council meeting conducted during the
evening of June 21, 2021.  We are specifically wanting the portion of the
recording beginning at 9:20PM and ending at approximately 9:25PM, when the
Council went into private session.  Please post the content in a video
format which will be viewable or downloadable via this site."
We do not have the capability to edit the video.   The video is not time
stamped. for 9:20 pm - 9:25 PM. It does have elapsed minute markers and
should be easy enough for you to find the specific portion of the video
you seek in the last 5 minutes of the video which, as I have been advised
is the requested section of the video you seek.  As the file 2021-6-21

file 625.8 MB),  it can be accessed on the Website WeTransfer
