Under OPRA and the common law right of access, please provide copies of the written requests for the special meetings of the NBHA Board of Commissioners scheduled for June 29 and July 7, as required by Article III, Section 2 of the NBHA Bylaws.

Thank you for the records. I reviewed but do not see any "written... request" from any NBHA board members. Is it correct to say that no member of the NBHA wrote a request for either of the two special meetings?

I do not see any written request for the special meetings from the board members. I see you writing them saying you've been asked to poll the board about a special meeting date, but no request from any of them.
